If you are someone who wants a place where you don't need to wear a mask, and where staff doesn't wear masks, this is the spot for you. I felt incredibly uncomfortable because the staff was right there, about 6 inches away, trying to help with check-in, totally maskless. Also, a bit overpriced for what it is - especially the food. Bar has a good selection and it is convenient near the airport as a last resort.

Pros:More hotels in the future will likely look like CitizenM: highly automated, very modular, rather podlike. The limited staff resulted in a fair amount of guest self service at checkin and room operation. The iPad that controlled the room would likely require a learning curve for non-iPad users, but it did its job. But the room was very small (<100 square feet?); it was tiny for just me; I can't imagine sharing it with anyone. Staff was uniformly great (as is usual in The Netherlands) and the lobby, while a little hip for this septuagenarian, was convenient and did its job. The 24-hour food service was especially welcome. Especially because of the location, I would stay there again. But not pay more.
Cons:Way small room. I felt warehoused, a la Bladerunner. Darkness and several housekeeping carts detracted from the highly decorated hallways.

Pros:clean room, big comfy bed, friendly staff, AC, but the main reason that we stayed at this hotel was the walking distance to the Airport and Train connection to the city center.
Cons:Rooms are tiny and the Shower & toilet look like they belong on Star Ship Enterprise ( beam me up Scotty ) Lol The toilet had no Fan which it needed since the room is so tiny :( There is No parking at the Hotel still we would stay there again due to the walking distance to & from the Airport.

Pros:I love the iPad-centric room controls. Great selection of newly released movies. Comfortable bed with a great TV setup.
Cons:Temperature controls don't work very well - the room gets very cold at night even though I set the temperature to 70 Fahrenheit. The toilet and shower design are fun and just fine for a single traveler. When traveling with a partner, there "tube" designs dont provide any privacy, especially for the toilet. Perhaps adding a fan or some ambient noise to drown out toilet noises could help keep the mood romantic, hahaha!

Pros:Bed was very comfortable. Very avant-garde. Mood lights, TV, everything can be controlled by the in room iPad. Bar and areas downstairs provide all kinds of environments for different people and activities. Buffet was good and reasonable.
Cons:Charging 3 euro to use a major credit card.

Pros:A good idea for an airport hotel. Almost like a hostel. Real service even though there is simplified check in and check out. Well thought out room and superior amenities on the main floor. I recommend this for an surprised overnight.
