Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, as well as its cleanliness and convenient location near malls and public transport. Many reviews highlighted positive experiences with service and hospitality. However, several guests found the rooms to be small for the price, and some mentioned noise issues from air conditioning or thin walls. Cleanliness was generally praised, though there were isolated complaints about pests. Overall, the hotel is well-regarded for its service and location, but room size and noise could be improved.
