Continental brekkie should have included scrambled eggs and sausage. It was hard boiled eggs and bagels and cereal and waffles. Not my cup of tea!
Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal for attending at Rama.
Cons (-) Customer Service. I booked a whirlpool room and upon arrival was told that room did not exist and they were fully booked and unable to help me further as I booked through Kayak. I overpaid for a room that I didn't want.
Pros (+) Thank you so much to the manager, front desk staff, and the limo driver for making our stay at Rama wonderful! Upon arrival just prior to 3 pm check in, we were treated to freshly baked cookies in the lobby! After an almost five hour drive, it was such a great welcome. Pros (+) Enjoyed our stay start to finish. Accomodations and amenities were clean and lovely. The star of the show however was the unmatched customer service from the entire staff. We will absolutely return and recommend Days Inn Orillia. Thank you.
