Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very good.Delicious food.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Our stay here was great until the last day. It takes one bad thing to occur to ruin a person's perception of you. Initial booking was through booking.com and we had 2 complimentary bottles of water. The water bottles were in the fridge with the card saying it was complimentary. We checked-out, and we did a over night trip to an island. Our second booking at this hotel was through flightcentre.com.au. Our minifridge had a card that said complimentary water bottles for guests. There was no bottles. I went to reception desk to ask for the bottles. They said I don't get any, so she had to check my booking. I stood there for 20 minutes thinking, why am i waiting, just give what's missing.. I told her what the card said, but she insisted on checking the booking. She said if you book through booking.com you get water bottles and flightcentre you don't. I was made to be at fault. I said to her i'll show her the card. I walked her to my room and showed the card clearly saying, guests receive complimentary water bottles She said the card was a mistake and the housekeeper should not have had left the card. Okay blame your housekeeper. She said they can get water bottles for a charge. So much for "complimentary".. so i said i didn't want water bottles if its charged and left it at that and she left. I get a phone call from reception housekeeping will come to give the water bottles free. After all that i get the water. But that's okay and i'm happy. Was it necessary to go through all of that? No.. but whatever.. What happens next tips me over the edge to write this review. Housekeeping arrives to give me water, but then she had this disgruntled look on her face and then yells something in french to me, and says in english "No,, ". I'm assuming she is saying "No Free". I'm guessing reception blamed her. They really need to get their things in order and stop finding excuses.
Good 7.0
Pros: I liked the bed! it was a huge bed (more than a king size) and very comfortable. The staff was also very polite and helpful The location is great! directly in Anse Vata, FANTASTIC
Cons: The breakfast. When I saw the pictures, I thought it was a buffet but it is actually the Continental breakfast (set menu) which was disappointing as we were expecting the same than on the pictures. Moreover the breakfast is not offered on Saturday in the restaurant only the Brunch and only from 7am (quite late if you go for excursions). We didnt receive the free return transfers to Duck Island
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is perfect. You are steps from the beach, and theres an amazing french bakery up the road to get some fresh baguettes from. Anse vata has a selection of restaurants and shops, you're a short walk away from lemon bay, the aquarium and bus stops. The bed is incredibly comfortable, had the best sleeps! There's a good breakfast selection (fresh fruit, coffee, toast etc) to keep you full for the morning, and a lovely pool, hot tub and sauna. The staff are incredibly helpful and speak English.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very conveniently located at short walking distance from Anse Vata beach and restaurants. Staff are very kind and helpful. Nice pool and spa. Our room suite was very spacious and comfortable.
Cons: The bathtub in our bathroom was worn out and cracked and in desperate need of replacement.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was excellent - very close to beaches and some great dining options.
Cons: Internet is only 250Mb per day, which is fairly light in this day and age. Aircon unit points directly over bed, so you either bake (when it's off) or you freeze when it's on. Hard to get it just right. Not a major problem, so don't let that put you off an otherwise great hotel.

Pros: The breakfast had an amazing choice of food to suit all tastes and diet requirements, we loved the blackout drapes in our room as it gets light very early, the two free coffees in the bar each day was appreciated, and the best coffee we have ever had anywhere ! Delicious pasteries were available in the bar either to eat in or take out. Having the choice of 4 restaurants was great, but you need to be sure to check as not all are open every night. Beautiful swimming pool, the resort is right on the beach which is very safe, deck chairs are on grass right up to the waters edge. If you don't speak French, it isn't a problem, front of house staff speak very good English, restaurant staff are all very good with various degrees of English. The resort is quiet and peaceful, but with plenty to do if you so wish. Our accommodation was one of the larger suites with a sitting room and fabulous enormous double bath, huge shower also, and I have to mention the bed - it was the softess most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, in all our travels. When we mentioned we were on a special wedding anniversary, a bottle of wine, pastry treats and chocolate arrived in our room - an unexpected and appreciated surprise.
Cons: Food and drink is very expensive. The meals are a very generous size, however, we would have liked smaller meal options offered on the evening meal menu, as you didn't always require a large evening meal. Smaller type of meal choices were not available in the evening. The addition of savoury snack food in the bar would be a welcome idea, to go with the delicious pasteries.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location. Walk distance to anse vata beaches&restaurants. There are more restaurant options. Great Service.
Cons: Breakfast&dinner buffet at hotel restaurant. Overall the buffet did not have enough options for that price.
Good 7.5
Pros: The staff is super friendly and helpful. When I complained that the room was not cleaned properly they right away called and fixed it. The a la carte restaurant is really good, we enjoy the food and the staff is very friendly as well. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen. Garden is beautifully done. I’m giving such hight score only because the guys at the reception where so nice!
Cons: seriously I have never seen such dirty, dusty floors behind the cabinet between the beds. Also it has never been cleaned under the beds. The water cooker was dirty and had ants crawling inside. For the price you pay and the star rating of the hotel I expect that the room will be clean and I don’t have to go and tell it has to be cleaned.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Fantastic location. Amazing views from our room.
Cons: Everything was great...perhaps more access to water sports equipment.
Okay 5.8
Pros: It is on the beach and offer free kayak and snorkel.
Cons: The fan in the room was not working and the aircon was weak. There were no bathrobes and they didn’t gave us water every day. The food in the hotel is very expensive and not great. But there aren’t many option close to the hotel. Cocktails at the pool were really bad. Basically soda for 18000 xpf. The bar in the lobby was better. It didn’t feel very clean, the drain in the bathroom was stuck. Overall for this price I just expected a lot more. It’s not a 5 star hotel. They overcharge is both in the booking time and at checkout. Check your bill carefully.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The Location was excellent, we had the perfect weather the French Restaurant was excellent and also the Japanese "Shogun"restaurant was excellent. We could not wish for better meals at the breakfast Buffet. The only let down was eating around the beachfront at night, but their lunches were adequate . The desk staff were helpful and accomodating. Only some staff had smiles and comparing to other islands we have been to no comparison.
Cons: The night time meals at the beachfront and staff could have more smiles
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great hotel. Great location. Well maintained. Very friendly staff. No complaints.
Cons: Food quite expensive and not the best range and quality. Would be nice if the waterfront restaurant was opened in the evening as the weather was so nice. Would have been great. Next time maybe.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: The pool could have been open later
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great room (voyager suite with garden view and water glimpses), rooms serviced promptly and amenities replaced. Excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent pool and fabulous waterfront cafe/restaurant.
Cons: Food was average in some of the hotel restaurants for the price. Buffet dinner disappointing.

Pros: The pictures on the website did it justice. No photoshop required.
Cons: New Caledonia is expensive
Okay 5.0
Pros: View was awesome
Cons: Staff were appalling... no info on in-house activities. Room was very run down. Pool bar closed over the whole time we were there... felt like this hotel was limping along with very little staff
Good 7.0
Pros: The rooms are very comfortable, big and clean, good location if you want to go to the surrounding islands. Good for families.
Cons: Extremely low free wifi limit, and very pricey add on. For that room price it's very disapointing not to have free internet access, especially that the hotel staff doesn't even know where the bus stop is, or any other basic information about Noumea. Beach is not great and very crowded, and good French restaurants are quite far away in the city.
Good 7.5
Pros: Access to the beach,
Cons: Unfortunately I do not recommend the hotel as I had huge problems with bad internet connection which stops every few minutes and you have to connect hundred times a day or the internet was not working from the evening until the morning. We are in 2020. Even if the hotel is beautiful, if you are not connected, it is very very bad... The hotel has to have permanent wifi connection for guest with a one time code to connect and stay connected for the whole stay.
Good 7.9
Pros: Property in a good location easy access to both pool and Lagoon. Kitchenette a huge bonus so you can cook. Noumea v expensive. Staff friendly. Rooms spacious and clean. Worth trying the Aquatronic pool once. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.
Cons: Very limited amount of wifi given per day gets used up within 1 hour of usage. This s v disappointing. Sometimes rooms only cleaned and made up towards the end of the day
Poor 1.0
Pros: Excellent location, outstanding staff. Nothing else is right about it. Terrible beds, poor quality bedding, stained "carpet" and mouldy smell... The carpet isn't really a carpet but rather textured vinyl which also covers the bathroom floor. It's stained, sticky and stinky,
Cons: Don't get fooled by the romantic French name! It really is just an obscenely overpriced Formula 1 Motel pretending to be a luxury hotel. Except there is nothing luxury about it. The king-size bed is just two single beds pushed together and you can feel the ridge in the middle. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my 7-year-old daughter refused to sleep on it. She could feel every spring. The pillows are old and super uncomfortable. The Wallmart-style blankets provided as the duvet are more appropriate for camping than a luxury stay. Our room had a strong mouldy smell. We were moved to another room which was slightly better but still smelled musty. For AU$685/night we felt grossly overcharged.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely hotel with everything you need! Big rooms, very comfortable, modern and clean. You can also use washing machines for free in the hotel. We loved the pool area and the size of the rooms! The staff is very friendly. Location is great, beach in the front and all restaurants and cafes in walking distance
Cons: The pool bar could be more attractive. Maybe hang out signs and offers for a daily cocktail or something

Cons: The room on the sea are also on the road and are noisy No breakfast
Okay 5.4
Pros: We stayed twice in this hotel. Good location, tree people of the staff very friendly and helpful, with good English, others less. The first room that we stayed in with the balcony was wonderful and we gave it very good scores. The second time we stayed only one night- and it was huge difference. We booked garden room but and up at level 3. I lost emails during travelling and couldn’t ask for room change. Room was next to the lift , looking at the parking and bed small for 2 people. We hardly slept at all. And we paid to much for it.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location very close to the beach, restaurants and bars was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the small box of macaroons on our second day.
Cons: Nothing. All fine.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location - walk down stairs, across the road (on a crossing) and you are on the beach. The front desk staff made up for most short comings. They all spoke English, they all bent over backwards to help with anything they were asked - if they knew
Cons: My 38 year old son had to sleep on a fold out lounge for the whole stay. The TV is all in French. We got into watching sport until the TV quite half way through our stay. We lost hot water for 2 days - lucky we had a shower on the beach! No compensation. There is no "Tourist Information" The desk staff have no information or timetables for the bus into town. We were there on the 31st Dec and 1st Jan. We found out down in the local pub there were fireworks in Baie de Citrons on the 31st and on the east side of Noumea on the 1st - it went for 25 minutes - but nothing from the hotel about it being on. Some days our room was not made up until 4:30pm - 5pm. They seemed to have only one member of staff doing rooms and she got to it when she could. Not her fault though just poor management. Hotel was not cheap even given the location.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Brilliant location right on Baie Des Citrons, nice bars & restaurants nearby, clean & comfortable rooms, good air conditioning.
Cons: Could have a few extras like face tissues in the room & ice available. Wifi patchy.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff, and the hotel in general.
Cons: The staff was very welcoming! Lots of restaurants just a stroll away. Beautiful sunset at the beach.Car parking space safe and very convinient, we flew to Brisbane for 10 days and re booked in the hotel when we returned, found our car safe and sound plus no extra charge, Great!! We will stay here again thats for sure!

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellence customer service , attentive and caring to customers. Beautiful over water bungalow.
Cons: Overall it was a beautiful experience however internet should be free to paying customers , shower head in the bathroom wasn’t working properly. The buffet could of had more options or a la carte options. Over water bungalow a bit out dated , perhaps a renovation would benefit this beautiful place.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Absolutely loved the over the water bungalows. It was well worth the money, the weather was amazing and the water straight on your doorstep. You couldn’t find a more beautiful view, with the huge windows making you feel like you’re outside. The amazing sea creatures mean that you are always in for a treat even if you aren’t snorkelling. The sunsets from your private balcony look like something from a postcard. Adored our entire stay.
Cons: Unfortunately there is only one restaurant at the island which means either an expensive buffet or limited snacks. This is not a big deal and didn’t dampen the stay, but is something to be aware of. The sea krait that may arise on your balcony are not a bother. When you are in the room and walking around they leave pretty quickly. Only saw them twice over 8 days.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing. They provided really good service and the location itself made the trip so great and enjoyable. It was a Christmas present for my partner and he enjoyed every minute of it. We swam with turtles, saw lots of animals including a dolphin while jetskiing! I will be back for sure :)
Cons: A small negative would be the buffet during the week. I know the weekend buffet is always better, in a sense that it provides more choices. The food itself was fine, it is just that being lactose intolerant limited the choices for me.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Bungalow over the water provides amazing views and we enjoyed watching turtles and colorful fish swim right below our feet.
Cons: The room was not clean, infrastructure would need a bit of refresh and some simple things could be fixed to improve the customer experience. Food offer is poor in terms of choice and quality and yet super expensive. If you have special diet, forget it and take some snack with you or be prepared to pay 40 to 50 dollars for a plate of rice or for some bad quality salad.. Staff is not open to adapt the offer to your needs. I wrote to the hotel by email to know how we could get there but never received a reply. We realized that there was a boat transfer included in the price but never got the details on where and when to take it. Checkout at 10am is quite early. In general the view is amazing but besides that the service offered is not worth the price we paid. It's a better idea to plan for a day trip on that cute little isle and enjoy all it has to offer, without spending the night in this hotel. You can return to Noumea with taxi boats in about 15min. The shop that rents water equipment such as paddles opens at 9h30 and closes at 4pm.

Pros: amazing location, spacious, fully equiped apartament with great view. Nice gym for ladies. We did't take breakfast, it was more convenient to prepare food in the apt. Very good spot for all water sports. Wi-fi paid extra but very good.
Cons: swimming pool rather small. All gym classes paid extra
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location is great the front desk staff Luca and Rachael very helpful with local information and assistance. there a some nice restaurants to eat local best one to walk to was in Bay de Citron (Lemon Bay) Mamma Mia Italian restaurant but you must book.
Cons: The house keeping is dreadful we had to ask constantly to have our room clean and one day they left the door open all day as we had left early for a day trip. The restaurant food not so good, no pool service so no snacks or drinks by the pool. The rooms had a bad smell ( we had 2 rooms ) the lounges need cleaning in both rooms we had to put towels down to sit on them. Hilton has lost its standard.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: If we needed to find something out, we had to explore it ourselves.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful at all times.
Cons: A few minor maintenance issues - a few of the power points didn't work too well as well as the washing machine/dryer.
Good 7.1
Pros: Lots of space
Cons: Bit dated.
Okay 5.0
Pros: We booked the 3 bedroom suite and it was well laid out. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: - the bathrooms are completely dated (think 1970s) and not really akin to 4 star you would expect in similar island destinations - aircon was extremely loud (but needed) so if you are a light sleeper expect disturbed sleep - kitchen did not have cleaning equipment like sponges and detergent which was disappointing - despite advertising washing machine and dryer it was in fact a combo. This made things tricky as we packed light and basically had the machine running for two cycles every night
Good 7.0
Pros: The services of the reception was excellent. Cleaning staff was doing a great job
Cons: The internet services was poor not value for money. Swimming pool was too small and opens late. Transport cost was way above the price of the taxi services outside.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Fabulous view & location. Comfortable suite & immaculately clean suite.
Cons: Useless limited wifi considering the price per night. Bathrooms dated. Basic gym.
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast excellent as was location
Cons: Towells taken when left on rails

Pros: Big size room
Cons: We arrived late at midnight and given a wrong key to the room. No water bottles in the room and aircon remote controller didn't work, no shops around, one of the worst experiences.
Good 6.3
Pros: We liked the breakfast at the rooftop area with a few of the area (industrial/ commercial). The room was spacious, clean and functional.
Cons: All good but very basic.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Spacious room, wonderful helpful staff.
Excellent 9.2
Cons: I wasn't given a full rundown on facilities on arrival and had to go back down to reception and ask extea questions, although the staff were very friendly at all times. Also odd there was no water or milk in the fridge or in sachets to go with the coffee and tea in a hotel room.
Good 6.7
Pros: Clean
Cons: Pillows unusable Noise in the Hall was excessive
Good 6.7
Pros: We chose the location as it was close to the location for the return of our hired car, and a bit closer to the airport. The location is in the middle of an industrial/business area. But the hotel had a great restaurant located on the top floor - great staff & good food!!
Cons: Not a good location for a holiday stay!!
Good 6.3
Pros: Clean, washing-machine in the room, kitchen with appliances!
Cons: Location is useless if you want to spend nice time in the city!
Good 6.3
Pros: Room was fair and quite comfortable, although the cleaning service did not include dishwashing.
Cons: Hotel is not prepared to receive overseas guests who might not speak french. TV-program very limited and french-oriented. Internet only worked after paying a surcharge. No recommendations for restaurants, except the hotels own.... Finally, ‘Le Centre’ is not in the center of Noumea, but in a more commercial / industry-area 3,5 kms out. The coordinates stated on booking.com are not correct. My bottom line: Not really recommendable for tourists.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location in Baie du Citron. Wonderful atmosphere. Could not fault the place
Good 7.9
Pros: Very close to bus stop and supermarket. Within walking distance to Lemon Bay and lots of restaurants.
Cons: Car parking at a premium. Unfortunately units only have minimum supplies but are able to get more if requested. We arrived Saturday afternoon after reception was closed so had to wait until Monday.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was great for the area and staff were very friendly.
Cons: The only things i didnt like was I had to keep asking for fresh towels and toilet paper. Also there is a bar next door to this apartment block so if you're noise sensitive the weekend gets pretty loud.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: A self-contained unit within a short walk from the beach, restaurants, supermarket. Plenty of free parking around. Baie des Citrons and Anse Vata are lovely areas to stay to get into the holiday mood
Cons: Some annoyances: 1) being in a tropical climate, cockroaches running around on the floor once it got dark; 2) next door is a hostel with a bar/nightclub inside - drunk patrons yelling loudly heard each night 2am, 3am, 4am... 3) no English speaking channels on the telly
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location fantastic for the beach. Only about 3 mins walk.
Cons: Perhaps a couple more plates in the kitchen and a better cork screw!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location with the beach and cafes/pub/restaurants down the road. Even a snorkel spot as soon as you got to the beach. Clean and good facilities with a kitchenette in case you want to stay with a full size fridge.
Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was OK.

Pros: Good location -Nice and quiet area only about a minute walk down laneway to Lemon Bay -Nice beach for swimming and snorkling Close to bars and restaurants Public bus stops very close by Staff were helpful

Cons: The lack of toilet paper, 2 rolls for 9 days. Having to get rid of our own rubbish. The chair breaking. The elevator stopping working. The condition of the room was nothing like the advertised.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The view and location of the Apartment building was great. The Apartment was spacious.
Cons: The room was not prepared on check in (late) at 1700h. The dining table and kitchen bench were dusty and not cleaned. The bed was not made and pillow covers not in place, one cover was torn. The bathroom was not cleaned. Floors and surfaces were not wiped over or cleaned. Towels were old, mismatched and threadbare. No spare towels or face washers. The bathroom sink is unserviceable with no plug or means of stopping things falling into the S bend. No spare toilet paper, soaps, conditioner. The kitchen was not clean and had mismatched and incomplete sets of plates, cups, glasses and bowls. No cleaning detergent or cloth to wipe up spills or clean plates or cutlery. No washing powder or any available for purchase close by. Breakfast room not functioning/open. No explanation of location of the pool or access to it. Apartment instruction sheet on check in was incomplete on this matter. This might be best for local families on a beach holiday...Not good for international travellers, where you have to bring or purchase everything to get comfortable.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The view was incredible - we were on the top floor! The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and there were even sun lounges on the deck. It was private and sound proofed and having a washing machine and clothes horse really helped. We were able to check in early because our room was ready - much friendlier and more efficient service than elsewhere in Noumea.
Cons: Shower pressure was terrible - had to detach it and hold it in your hand to wash properly. Toilet paper wasn't replenished - though i'm sure if we asked at the front desk they would have given us some. No issues with the elevators or kitchen utensils etc as stated in the other reviews we read before arrival.
Good 6.7
Pros: Beautiful view and lots of restaurants close by for those who can eat out everyday during your stay. Bus stop was closeby too....and snorkeling area are great for kids. A good macaron shop was just 12 mins walk away from this place.
Cons: They couldn't supply more toilet papers n I have to buy it from you the grocery store. The staff name Juliette could have said it in a nicer way! We are a family of four and stayed for a week, 4 small rolls of toilet paper was just not enough. There wash no diswashing liquid or powder for the dishwasher or scrubs. No bowls for breakfast cereals or a knife to cut fruit & tea towels too. These are little things that would have made our stay more convenient. We chose this place because we have 2 young kids and this place advertised as a fully equipped kitchen. We are visitors and would like to try out local fruits and not having a knife was hard to cut fruit like mango for my kids. As result, we had to buy toilet paper, dishwashing liquid. Pillows we not good at all. Plus, the save box didn't work!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location, clean, perfect for what we needed.
Cons: No free Wifi - but thats sometimes a good thing ;-)
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great views, large balconies easy walk to everything

Okay 5.0
Pros: Room was clean and house keeping staff very helpful and friendly
Cons: Some staff at reception were not friendly. Each time we had to inquire we had to wait for a long time. Was disappointed by their service.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff were amazing. Our son had an accident (of his own making) and ended up in hospital. The staff were lovely, helpful and professional. They really did assist in making sure our holiday picked back up. The cleaners were lovely and understanding as well. Late check out was offered. The pool was great. It was clean and cleaned regularly.
Cons: The showers were a bit hit and miss. We had other family members travelling with us whose shower was awful. Ours was fine. There is also variations on whether there is a clothes dryer or not: where there wasn’t, pegs would have been handy.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely rooms with huge balconies. The pool area is nice and shaded with easy access to the bar and restaurant.
Cons: It is close to the beach however the walk is not very direct although still only around 10 mins.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfectly
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, only a few blocks from the beach. We had a seaview room on the 14th floor and it was beautiful being able to sit on our deck and look over the bay. Staff were super friendly and we had a lovely hand written note from the housekeepers in our room on arrival.
Cons: Only issue we had in our room was that the shower head was broken and wouldnt stay up. Price per night was very high, but it was bew years so i guess thats the standard rate at that time of year.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Outstandingly friendly staff. Beautiful rooms, stunning views, great bar by the pool. New Year’s Eve DJ at poolside was amazing.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Only the view towards the sea
Cons: We were charged more for our room on arrival then what we had booked for Hotel very tired & run down Badly in need of refurbishment /redecorating Very bad lighting Uncomfortable seating in lounge area & no cushions Loose toilet seat & toilet door stuck making it hard 2 open Very unhelpful management Shortage of hot water
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This hotel has a lovely location, beautiful water views from the balcony were a special treat in the evenings. It's a long way out of town though, with no nearby restaurants. This did not bother us as we had a car - you would definitely need transport - and it was beautifully quiet and private. We had an apartment so self-catered most of the time. We did not eat the hotel breakfast. The kitchen is adequate - there's a minimal number plates, glasses, pots, etc but adequate for two people. The apartment was large, on the first floor with perfect views across the water. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was abundant, and the wifi was pretty good. The apartment was serviced every second day, which was perfect.
Cons: Lighting could be better. In the living room there was good lighting at the kitchen end but none at all at the seating end - OK if all you want to do is watch TV but no good for reading. Lighting in the bedroom is not very good either. Some small cushions on the couch would have been nice - it was essentially an extra bed with a back, too broad to be comfortable for your back to sit on for any length of time. A toaster would be good for anglo residents' breakfasts!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Fantastic location, not "in town" a bonus, lovely quiet not tourist neighbourhood. A short drive to excellent shops and brilliant restaurants. Staff were great. The apartments are very spacious and really well laid out and the kitchen etc had everything you could need. Each apartment have good balconies to sit on and enjoy the great views across the water. Small shop handy if you're caught short of basics, we didn't use it though, as there were plenty of shops not far away. You do need a car. Nice walk on the boardwalk in a park a short 5-10 minute walk away.
Cons: While the rooms were all modern and recently renovated, there does need to be some more work on maintenance, not cleaning that was fine, just a few things starting to come adrift through normal wear and tear. Car park fills up on the weekend, we parked down the street one night, no problems as its a residential area.
Okay 4.6
Pros: The view from the room is not bad.
Cons: I booked the transportation from the airport but no one was there. There was no apology from the hotel at all. There is no restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. It costs fortune to go to Nouméa city Centre by taxi. On Sunday and Monday, you have to go all way to Ansbata to find a restaurant coz Shops are closed in Nouméa. I would not go back to this hotel!
Good 6.7
Pros: Staff nice - great views from the room
Cons: Internet service poor, restaurant had closed down so dinner options limited. No PowerPoints near bed.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Location on waters edge and close to domestic airport.
Cons: Absolutely no drinking or eating facilities after breakfast time and very primitive self service for purchase of drinks or snacks. Could not understand why they could not use the excellent breakfast area overlooking the bay, as a bar for evening drinks?

Good 6.0
Pros: The size of the Premium Room with Ocean View is very large. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.
Cons: The view of the Ocean is though a few buildings. The room, pillows and sheets smell musty and mouldy. The bathroom floor was quite dirty. We noticed this when we wiped the drips off the floor after having a shower. The bath mat came up quite dirty from the little bit of floor that we wiped. We were only provided with 2 bath towels. No hand towels or face washing towels. No soap by the sinks. So we would cross the bathroom and get soap from the shower soap dispenser to wash our hands. A bit odd. We did ask for extra towels, but they never arrived.
Okay 5.4
Pros: it looked very comfortable in lobby, big and spacious with comfortable chairs. but then when you stay in a ocean view on 34 floor it's not bad for the price and, you can overlook some of the aging tile in shower floor and poor workmanship of linoleum floor. then when you leave and come back for another stay and all that's left is the 3212 which is a discount rooming not bad.
Cons: it's a little smaller, that's ok. then you hear water running through the pipes when someone flushes or takes a shower day and night, the air conditioner has only on and off and on isn't very strong. at night you have a view of back ally and parking lot and you can her people talking and carrying on thru the window so u can't sleep. you wake up to take a shower and the hot water is very low and runs out while you shower.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location. Nice pool area. Lovely premium room. Helpful staff.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Perfect location helped overcome many disappointing features. Directly faces Anse Vata Beach and right next door to touristy restaurants aplenty.
Cons: Where to start? 1) The ant problem in the room. Pervasive small ants - just a few - in every room, all the time. 2) Requested a quiet room when booking but was given a room a) directly over their cafe/bar which has regular events running into late night and what I can only assume are clean-up staff after closing playing techno music until 3am - EVERY night and b) directly next to the door leading downstairs, which most people use rather than the elevator, so crashing heavy doors all day and night. 3) Housekeeping banging heavy doors and equipment from maybe 7am in the morning - maybe earlier. 4) The bar fridge to small to hold anything. 5) The power point in the bathroom not working. 6) No bin in the bathroom - just in the bedroom. Nasty. 7) The air conditioner missing its louvers so blasting directly directly at the bed - but too hot to not have it on!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Not much
Cons: Really bad sevice - we upgrade our room and it wasn t good
Good 7.0
Pros: Great location and nice facilities (in the main building, 2 minutes from the budget room). We stayed in the budget room and although the way to the room itself looked a bit dodgy, the room itself was clean which was the most important thing for our quick stopover before our flight home.
Cons: small bathroom
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable clean rooms with everything you need Location is great (close to cafe, shops and restaurants)
Cons: The tourism advice from the reception were wrong
Poor 1.0
Cons: I thought I would be staying at the nouvata ,instead I was staying in the lantana,a former hotel which is not even within the nouvata perimeter,it was unsafe,no reception desk ,front entrance activated by computerised card which I found left open many times with strange characters wandering around and drinking inside the venue and on the escape stairs just outside my unit which prompted me to ask for a room change
Okay 4.7
Pros: location
Cons: Wifi doesn´t simply work; network is there but no chance to make the login into it
