Car rental at Nimes Garons Airport

The best thing to do to avoid any possible problems if for some reason your travel plans change is to make sure you pre-book your car hire at Nimes Garons Airport through KAYAK beforehand, so your car is ready and waiting on your arrival. When booking online be sure to put your flight details into the booking information, that way the agent can track your flight and adjust your booking accordingly. You are also able to adjust it yourself through the website, using your reference number from your instant confirmation voucher.

Once you have booked online and confirmed your booking and payment, that price will not change. However, it can change if you go into your booking and make any changes to it, for example, a date change for when you are picking up or dropping the hire car off, or a car model change, or if you change the period of how long you require the hire car for. These things might influence the overall cost of your rental package.

Cancellation fees can vary depending on the agent you are getting your hirer car from. Some agents don't offer free cancellations at all, some require that you let them know at least 24h in advance of the scheduled pick-up date. Some don't have a cancellation fee at all, however, you will be charged if you don't officially make the cancellation with the agents and you just never show up to collect the vehicle. The cancellation term of that particular agent is displayed on the KAYAK site underneath each deal displayed.
