We had 12:OO noon reservation and arrived before 11:00 AM. Hertz office not opened until around 3:00 p.m. We were told by very unpleasant Hertz representative (that we contacted by phone) that "we should have called the regional office'" before 12:00 noon. Somehow we were supposed to know that the office would not open on time and that we would know who to call. The representative was rude, totally unhelpful and blamed Hertz ineptness on the customer. Also. we received the wrong size car. Another customer who also had reservations was informed that no car was available. We expected a lot more from Hertz!2.0 Poor
