Pros:Staff was nice and drop off was super easy.Cons:The pickup was a nightmare. Took over an hour to get car. All car rentals were in 1 line with only 3 people working.Reviewed 11 Apr 2021

Stressful time getting car, high pricePros:The car itself was niceCons:I did not like the impersonal service and being sent to the back of the line when my corporate id did not work. The representative did not put any effort into figuring out my problem. I had to go on the website myself and figure out that I was an emerald club member and make an account, which was very simple. It took 45 minutes for me to get a car. Also, I thought the price was going to be lower than estimated since I reserved the car for 2pm -11pm but only used the car until 6pm.
