Easy
Pros: Great views from the plane. Very personable experience with the pilots. Easy check-in and no security. Frequent flights daily. We showed up early and they let us jump on the earlier flight.
Cons: Can be a bit bumpy but you're safe and get used to it (views distract from any discomfort).

Puddle jumper luxury
Pros: Tho some may be put off by the size of the plane, I thought it was a bonus. This was actually the most comfortable of all the flights I took. The plane only holds 9 passengers. The seats are spaced widely and are very comfortable. Since it flies at lower altitudes I got a spectacular view of the ocean. I would recommend it to anyone.
Cons: In order to board, you exit the terminal and are boarded onto a shuttle van and taken for a drive out to the plane. People with physical limitations would have a challenge boarding.

Best Flying Experience EVER!!
Pros: BEST.FLYING.EXPERIENCE.EVER!!! Goodness what was not to like???!!! Personal friendly service. Awesome ground and flight crew both in LAX and Santa Maria. I was relaxed and at ease from start to finish! My 4-legged ohana was welcome and treated like the little king he thinks he is! **lol** (no silly "service/therapy dog" ruse needed) This was one of the BEST flight experiences I've had in 30 years of personal and business travel. I will TOTALLY do this again!!!

Very convinent Airline/flight
Pros: This flight is extremely convenient between the IPL and LAX airports, it's also cheap and if you have no issues flying on an occassionally bumpy ride since these are propeller planes then it's a nice and quick flight!
Cons: Slightly bumpy ride and small aircraft means you're limited on amount of baggage that can be brought with you.

Enjoyable Flight
Pros: We took a Mokulele flight from Oaho to Maui, and enjoyed the trip. You have to take a tram from the main terminal at Honolulu to get to the terminal where Mokulele flys out from, but we didn't wait long for the shuttle. The planes are small .... if you don't like flying in Cessna planes, this may not be the airline for you. But we really liked it -- you get a great view of Oahu and the other islands. My fiance even saw some whales. The flight is quick, and the employees are very nice. We'll definitely be flying with them again!

Scenic and unique
Pros: The flight crew were great! The girls at the airline counter were hit and miss depending upon their mood. After being ignored for over 5 minutes when I attempted to check in while I assume she was trying to figure out a computer problem another (male) attendant asked if he could be of assistance. Though not until someone pointed out that I had not been helped yet. A hello at least would have been nice from the attendant ignoring me. When I approached the counter again later to ask a question the same girl was very helpful. A completely different experience. The scenic beauty flying over the seacliffs is something I'll never forget.
Cons: Hit or miss attendant counter rudeness or friendliness...bizarre.
