Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing extremely poor service, lack of communication in local languages, frequent booking cancellations or refusals, and unhelpful or rude staff. Many reviews mention the hotel being hard to find, with poor signage and no lift, as well as issues with cleanliness, lack of basic facilities, and misleading information about amenities. A few guests noted the location as convenient, but overall, the negative experiences far outweighed any positives.
