Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring Liverpool and accessing major attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, often going above and beyond to resolve issues. Many guests appreciated the added bonus of the pool and found the breakfast to be enjoyable. However, several reviews mentioned that cleanliness could be improved, particularly with carpets and bathrooms, and some areas of the hotel were described as dated or in need of renovation. Overall, the positives of location, service, and amenities outweighed the negatives for most guests.

The only thing we found wrong was that it needed more air flow, not just an air movement system.

Pros (+) A decent hotel for a reasonable rate in the heart of Liverpool. Staff are helpful and it is clean
Cons (-) Reception area..it looks very basic and grubby. Why do Novotel have the toilet all by itself and then you must go into another room to wash your hands. Very annoying
