I liked the pool and room layout.
Not really clean. But fine.
Location is good. Price is reasonable
A/C unit is noisy
Large bath, nice tv & cable, excellent professional staff...once u master the bus service between hotel & Nathan road u r in good shape
Clock in room needs to light up at night
Location very good，有穿梳巴士很方便，機場接送方便快捷，又有洒樓工作人員有禮貌親切。
Friendly staff and great value
Rooms are clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. We visit every year to Hong Kong, stay there every time. It just like going home. Thanks so much.
Can’t think of anything
Friendly staff, room is good size consider HK hotel always small room.
Overall a good hotel.
Overall experience was good, located in a manageable walking distance from the subway station ( Mong Lok ) and the Ladies Market, about 10-15 minutes.
Wasn't really fond of the upper management who visited the poor. Guys usually don't wear rash-guard to swim, but I do, to protect myself from sunburn. They instructed the lifeguard to ask me to remove it. Before this request, I've been swimming several times with it, and it was never an issue with the lifeguard or there's any policy posted regarding the use of rash-guard in the pool. I didn't comply, but it bothers me the lack of understand these managers had with it own policy and appropriate swim wear for a place that is supposed to gear towards hospitality.
Great Customer Service
We stayed over 6 nights at the Metropark Hotel Kowloon. Each and every staff member made us feel welcome and important. They made eye contact, they smiled, they listened. Even though the rooms are not big, they are comfortable, quiet and clean. Another great stay for us. We will be back.
room is smelling!
Room is so smelling, carpet and furniture are too old. Bathroom is ok. Workers are friendly. But the smell in the room make us headache. They really need a major clean up. I would give this hotel only one star, or even half star.
Staff is good and helpful, room is comfy and everything works in the bathroom.
A little off the way, but the hotel runs a shuttle to Mongkok and Star Ferry.
Good location easy access to transportation. Very close to Monkok bargain shopping. ConveniENT airport shuttle bus. Fairly complete facility, free WI FI.
Room on small side.
Close to neighborhood many night market streets vendor..clean ,house keeping best always replace water &bath items for regular use..polite staff.
Some removed a receipt from my desk /room/ that had my signatures ,&replace with an on signed one. Of my deposit (500$)to room.I went to front desk..inform them .it should not been taaken.they asure me my deposit still valid.
24h access to business centre
The quietness night time so I could get good sleep. The fast food cafes nearby offered reasonable prices and good food. Also there is Welcome Super Market across for me to get some delicious fruits.
I had to walk several blocks to take the MRT.
Late check out at 14.00.
We enjoyed the club lounge facilities including breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The club lounge creates a greater atmosphere where you can also meet people and you don't feel like a number in the hotel.
We found the room a little bit small. It would be good to have more information about a doctor if you need one. We were very disappointed with the one next to the hotel.
Information enquiry counter and hotel shutter bus service provided to hotel guest. I would like to compliment a staff (Is a thin male staff who stand at Information Counter, I cannot remember his name), he was very passion and helpful to answer all the enquiries.
i don't like the payment method. I have booked the room through online and the status of my credit card payment is confirned. When I reached the reception counter, the Front Office assistant requested me to swipe my credit card again. On the next day, when I want to check out, the Front Office assistant asking me the same question whether to pay cash or through credit card. Why so complicated? From my previous experience, we can book hotel room online and payment can be done online too and I feel that the Front Office assistant (I cannot remember her name) also not passion to answer my enquiry.
Good sized room, breakfast included in rate
The rooms are very spaciuos and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever I needed to make my stay more enjoyable. Although a 10 minute walk from the MTR the hotel is central and very easy to get around. The free bus to the MTR and Harbour are a great advantage.
Complimentary fruit bowl delivered to our room. Free shuttle bus to waterfront and to Kowloon Station for checking in for Airport Express train.
Good price considering what you get, and it being Hong Kong and all. Wonderful lobby area, decent priced breakfast buffets.
It's a little bit out from the hub-bub of activity, but it's nothing a proactive traveler can't fix.
The room decoration is old and in desperate need of renewing.
