I'm out over $300 for nothing. They didn't allow me to pick up the car because I paid with Affirm. When I tried to get my money back, they referred me to Kayak, who referred me to car rentals.com, who gave me numerous non-working phone numbers and said they couldn't help me. Pros:Location of office was convenientCons:1. The car was not cleaned inside or out. Hertz talks about COVID protocols, but with this care because there was food and other debris on the inside which you could tell wasn’t wiped down. 2. Car given to me with the gas light on.
