Not a good experience. From the unending attempts to upsell, the missing customer info, and ultimately giving us a vehicle that broke down on us, the experience at GEG Hertz was miserable. Both vehicles (Jeep Gladiators) experienced death wobble which kept us fighting to stay on the road and on schedule.Reviewed 22 Jan 2024

Cons:Our flight home was delayed & re-routed through another airport - and Hertz charged us $400 for dropping off the car at a different location. Huge ripoff and we will NEVER use them again.
