I still have the car in my possession. My flight was canceled. I was not able to contact anybody on the computer. I drove to the Downers Grove office. They were not able to help me to extend a car lease. I find you people unreachable.! and the help you have in the office is not qualified to do anything. Everything ran smoothly. Pick up was a breeze. Car was ready. in and out within 10 minutes. Drop off was frustrating, only 1 person and he was assisting another customer. Took about 20 minutes to get service. But understood, only 1 person can only do so much. Pleasant and accommodating once he was able to assist my drop off. The two African American ladies were very very helpful but the white girl wasn’t nice at all for a customer service job period, she added so much cost and tried to make it impossible for me to rent. Meanwhile the gas that was in the car was less than a half tank and I returned a half tank and there was a tiny scratch that we didn’t go around the van to inspect before taking off but saw it after I had arrived at the hotel I called immediately but due to the long wait and realized it was an old scratch I left it alone. Oh well all was wonderful. Thanks for the opportunity to vent. Lol 😂Reviewed 30 Aug 2021

Cons:Arrived at 2 PM to pick up my car. Tendon claims there were no cars on the lot to come back at 4 PM. Pawn my return there were still no cars and had to wait an additional hour and a half. This way time of 3 1/2 hours is inconsiderate and unacceptable. I chose hurts because of the name and their reputation. It was a complete let down of my expectations andShould have chosen another company! They told us to bring the car back in the same condition as we got it, but did not document all the scratches and dents that were already on the car.
