Cons:Arrived at 2 PM to pick up my car. Tendon claims there were no cars on the lot to come back at 4 PM. Pawn my return there were still no cars and had to wait an additional hour and a half. This way time of 3 1/2 hours is inconsiderate and unacceptable. I chose hurts because of the name and their reputation. It was a complete let down of my expectations andShould have chosen another company! Pros:The pick up and drop off was simple.Cons:The staff kept trying to push insurance on us, even though we told them we didn't want it. They told us to bring the car back in the same condition as we got it, but did not document all the scratches and dents that were already on the car. I had to force them to document it so I wouldn't get charged later. Finally, it was evident that the car was not washed, and I had to ask them to wash it for me.Reviewed 23 Sept 2020
