It was good not greatPros:I ordered a Van. They upgraded me to a Ford Explorer, which was very nice. The guys had a great personalityCons:They gave me a free tank of gas, which was not a free tank of gas at all. They expected me to drive around and return on E. They didn’t explain how to use or not use the expass. The car was not clean. Food, clothes and shoes were left in the car.Reviewed 27 Nov 2018

Pick up /Drop offPros:The pick up and people in Annapolis were fantastic and beyond helpful. That is the only reason I would ever use hertz or suggest using hertz to anyone else.Cons:There is nothing I can say I didn't like about Annapolis besides their heat wasn't working. Maybe look into upgrading that building for your employees.Reviewed 12 Jan 2018
