Closeness to the Heraklio Archaeological Museum, very clean and efficient rooms, super friendly staff, good breakfast.
There were no complimentary drinking water so you must purchase mineral water from the minibar. Is this standard in Crete?

Some things in the room is broken. No free water, only water from minibar. For 5* hotel it's funny. The breakfast not so good, small variations.

Good location - easy to reach from the national road and airport very close to the heart of the city. Very clean. Large shower. Private parking, but very limited.
This was a very dissapointing stay for us. I would say this is a good 4* hotel, definitely not 5*. Overpriced for what you get. Pools closed in december, you could not even go to the rooftop for views. The bathroom was really bad and small - it had no door. Slow wifi. Breakfast was very dissapointing. Food waas evry average and the person who was supposed to make eggs to order was never there (we stayed 5 nights). Coffee was made to order but some mornings it was jsut terrible. Noisy - you can hear the airport in the harbour view rooms.
