Good breakfast but they had no lactose-free milk and the waiters with more attention to foreigners the uncomfortable bed
All of us who stay must have the same treatment
Charming Old World Ecuadorian boutique hotel
Really liked the authentic Ecuadorian feel of the place all the staff were dressed in traditional clothing. The place had a lot of olde world charm. The staff were very good at attending to all our needs. The rooms were very spacious and most had a separate living space.
the mattresses were rather hard.
The mini chocolates they give each day.
I did not like the breakfast, there were not many options and the options that were available were of poor quality. The staff, for instance the doorman, were not as attentive or amable as the one from Galeria or Ramada. The doorman in La Galeria would always greet people and make sure they are safe when getting into a taxi and even walking around the hotel. The airport shuttle, which is included in the 1,210.18 dollars that I paid for this hotel, was unable to take my mother and I to the airport just because we were half an hour late. The bellman told us we would have to take a taxi, meanwhile the airpot shuttle was right there in front of my eyes. When a situation similar to this occurred in La Galeria Man-Ging, the hotel paid for the taxi, Oro Verde, however, did not. I am very dissatisfied with my experience in this hotel.
