Pros (+) The staff at the hotel was very helpful and attentive.
Cons (-) The hotel is simply not worth the money. Our room was dated and not worth the price that they are charging for the room. The room was mediocre but with what they charge and the Ritz Carlton name I expected and outstanding room with a wow factor.
Pros (+) From the moment we arrived to when we departed, everything was just superb. They made our sons birthday very special and we enjoyed every moment of our trip at the resort.
