Car not clean, old, tires worn, front fender held on by screws had to push back in place after hitting bumps. Was extended here due to storm in the North East US. They wanted to charge an additional $125/day. Close to the cost of one week rental. I asked if I could return and re-rent fo 2 days at dado rate they for 256 I could. Rear view mirror on first car was so loose it would not stay adjusted. Replacement car had worn and mismatched tires, One tire was very low and needed inflation. She was very rude, when performing the car inspection before leaving she was so insulting to me & my wife that my wife had to walk away. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking saying it was company policy to perform things a certain way. She was so smug and rude, then refused to provide her name & when I asked for her supervisor she gave me the phone number to her own desk. I’ve rented cars in over a dozen countries & I’ve never had anyone treat me that way. It really spoiled the beginning of our anniversary trip.8.0 Very Good
