Pros (+) The bathroom was clean.
Cons (-) There was construction on the stree where you enter so had to circle the area of Fredericton for an hour because we could not figure out how to enter. We called to cancel and they said we would have to cancel through the vendor we booked through but were unable to do so. Place looks in the inside somewhere people enter in a horror movie.
