Getting the car was very fast and easy! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was disappointed to learn about the drop off process after closing (only 6pm) when I picked up the car. having to essentially pay for parking at the airport because there is no designated drop off was not factored into my budget for the rental, especially since I was given no advanced notice of this. It seemed like a really backwards procedure for 2024. but everything else was very smooth!Reviewed 25 Mar 2024

I liked the fact that the signing paperwork was quick and also the shuttle bus pick me up quickly. Car was ina pretty good condition. Will not to hesitate to rent again from your company.Reviewed 11 Feb 2024

Pros:Nothing, rude, arrogant, no help. Showed up, car had been wrecked the day before, was never called or made aware of this, left stranded outside with no help to get anywhere.Cons:Everything could have been better. I will never use europcar again for the rest of my life, and I hope no one else does either. Those people were terrible.Reviewed 5 Apr 2021

Pros:The car worked wellCons:I was not given any instructions on the car dropoff. There was no key dropbox and there were no instructions sent to me about the key dropoff either. We spent nearly an hour trying to call europcar and find a place to drop off the key. In the end we decided to just lock the car keys in the vehicle. Almost missed my flight too. Pros:Pick up and drop off was fast and easy. You get a bill with every dollar explained. A damaged tire was repaired in a garage and europcar payed the bill really easy.Reviewed 1 Dec 2019
