Pros:Nothing at all. Unacceptable and unprofessional.Cons:We received a confirmation with location to pick up the car. When we arrived the rep stated that they didnt have the reservation and the site we booked it through was not legitimate. My husband showed her the information amd she stated it was not a reservation. They ended up sending us to another enterprise and made us pay 140.00 more. We had no choice as we were traveling with children for a youth tournament and needed transportation. Unacceptable.Reviewed 3 Mar 2021
