Pros:The scheduled pick up time was for after this location was already closed. We showed up and no one was there. Very disappointing! We had to change our plans and come back the next day. The staff was not apologetic at all and said oh yeah we tried to call you. I guess they don’t know how to use a phone because I never got a phone call. Very unprofessional and super inconvenient. Made my husband late for work. Also when we pick the car up the following morning they tried to give my husband a smaller cheaper car than what we had originally paid for no offer for an upgrade or anything better because of the inconvenience. Overall very poor experience.Cons:Pretty much everything.Reviewed 29 May 2021

Pros:The young woman working at the counter was fantastic! Quick, smart, polite, just all around amazing experience for the 4 minutes we spoke. Oh I forgot to mention, she was efficient!Cons:It can always be cheaper :-)!Reviewed 6 Nov 2019

Pros:Friendly staff. Great car. Easy pick up and drop offCons:Its a bit challenging to figure out how to get into their parking lot if you follow Google Maps. It takes you around the back of the building off a side street.Reviewed 8 Oct 2019
