First car I got when shaking when accelerating. Personal experience, that wasn’t a case of wheel balance. They exchanged the car and the car they gave the temperature control button was broken. Good thing is it was at cold; however, the AC wasn’t really cooling the car.Reviewed 21 Jul 2022

The car I had reserved was not there. I had to go to two other car rental places to try and get a car which I finally did from Avis. I really wish when you reserved a car for somebody that you would make sure that it was there I was disappointed in your performance.Reviewed 14 Jun 2022

Shelby was very friendly and helpful. I got a flat tire in Regina and I phoned Shelby just before I went into my appointment. During my appointment she made arrangements for me to get another enterprise rental from a worker named Jag at the Regina airport. Shelby continued to check in on me to see if everything was ok. I told her everything was ok and that I did not get a taxi to the airport because I got a ride. She said that she would still discount my bill $20 even though I had no invoices to give Shelby. She was apologetic and wanted to make sure I was receiving excellent customer service. I told that I was receiving excellent customer service. I highly recommend renting a vehicle from the 1 st avenue north enterprise location in Saskatoon. A+++++++Reviewed 2 Jun 2022

The last 2 times I went to pick up my car, they were expecting me to accept a vehicle that was not what I booked. After insistence on what I needed, they gave me what I wanted. The cars were awesome and the rental was pain free after. The last one was 1.5 hrs late, but they compensated me for the trouble.. very nice to deal with and all were friendlyReviewed 22 Feb 2022
