Pros:Rate was ok.Cons:I had a free double upgrade that I was planning on using to accommodate all my children but when I tried to use it I was told that they did not have any vehicles available. pick upPros:The look, price and comfort of the carCons:Never rented from this location and directions to the car were less than explained. Told if I get back early, the price was prorated but on return they told me "no" and asked me if I wanted to keep it for a few more hours--- uh no, and then I explained my pick up experience- they quickly gave me credit for 3 hours early return. Reservation NOT confirmedPros:car was fineCons:When I showed up the pick up the car. The woman (who barely spoke english- i understand it's primarily a speaking spanish clientele at this location) was not able to pick up my reservation. (WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN CHARGED). Instead she just made a new reservation and CHARGED ME FOR THIS NEW ONE. So now i've paid TWICE. Dealing with credit card companies right now to dispute second charges.
