No shuttle from the airport to the enterprise location. Advertised as off airport location however did not state that a shuttle or ride was available. If I was disabled or unable to walk 2.5 miles in unknown location and conditions, I would of not purchased/reserved the vehicle. In this instance, I had a disabled traveler with me who was in a wheel chair. There is no side walks on the main highway as I found out while paying more for an Uber ride to an enterprise location. My disabled traveler remained at the airport due to a compact Uber car that was unable to store a wheelchair. First for me in my entire life where any rental car company says “its the only way to get to our location, its normal”. At least advertise the stipulation on your site. Pros:Staff very friendly and helpful. Great price through PriceLine.Cons:All the rental car places in Hilo close at 5pm. I had to rebook my flight after discovering that. They are 5 minutes away from the airport, which is why the price was so cheap. Had to take a cab to pick up the car (I called Enterprise from the airport to inquire about transportation), but they offered me a ride when I dropped off the car, which I didn’t need then.
