    Enjoyed having a reliable vehicle, the staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Great service at the airport booth both for pickup and drop off. We booked in advance for a small compact car and after waiting some time at the booth we we’re given a fairly large suv.     I had to cancel this trip due to the Omicron wave, and due to Priceline's no-changes policies I had to pay the $400 rental fee even though I received no service of any kind. This inflexibility of the priceline-mediated rental reservation was an unpleasant surprise to me, especially given the lack of transparency that, though I was using a KAYAK interface to book a Dollar car, priceline was involved at all. The experience has soured me on any indirect booking (via Kayak especially).Reviewed 4 Jan 2022
