Pros:The overall process was excellent. Staff, Company and company to customer was excellent.Cons:Not sure what features were available in Jeep model. - We were 7000+ feet on climb which our SUV handled well. When it came to steep decline (coming down the mountain), the button to turn on decline going 5 mph feature was disabled. My concern on steep decline from 7000+ feet was a concern if I would burn the braking system. Not sure if this is a feature that needs to be purchased, but at the same time there was a risk. Overall: Great SUV and would recommend to others.Reviewed 9 Jun 2020
