Pros:From the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport to the counter staff at the rental agency itself, all were polite and courteous. The car was ready and we were given good instructions as to the "after-hour" drop-off process.Reviewed 10 Jul 2018

Pros:Vehicle was clean staff friendlyCons:Check in took way to long... knowing that they had vball teams coming into Edmonton for a tournament and rentals were going to be higher than normal on a wed they did. It have enough staff to help. Check in was Long and they were always answering phone thru out for shuttle pick up.Reviewed 21 May 2018

Pros:Upgrade vehicle was a perfect choice, wonderful travelling car, drop off time was excellentCons:shuttle from airport to sparrow cres would boost your business tenfold, work around that airport tax if possible, I was diappointed at what the charge would be for cost of shuttle service.Reviewed 12 Aug 2017
