Pick up was easy. Dollar, Hertz and one other vendor were co-located and each was able to assist with the other's customers. Therefore, my wait was minimal. My only issue was trying to figure out what I needed to do to return before they opened at the airport. As it turned out the informaiton was on the envelope and on signs at the airport. Still, I didn't realize that at the time so I tried to call without success. It turned out to be no problem, just left the keys in the car.Reviewed 14 Nov 2022

The agent when I picked up was helpful and explained any questions I had. Car was clean and what I expected when I booked. My only comment is that towards the end of my trip, the tire pressure alert came on, I stopped at a service station and filled all the tires, they were about 10-15lbs lower than it should have been for each one. And the tires, I noticed were very worn, minimal tread with some shedding and chunks missing. That’s a huge safety issue, and I’ll definitely make sure to look at the tires at pick up next time.Reviewed 2 Oct 2022

Stood in line for 2 and 1/2 hours , 1st line got all the way to 2nd in line and computer program went down.
