|Top route||Zagreb Franjo Tuđman to Split|
|Top airport||Zagreb Franjo Tuđman|
My comment before for Sarajevo-Zagreb fligh was actually abou flight from Zagreb to Amsterdam.
I was very dissapointed with a crew member who was acting very inpolite and talking down to one man who did not realize that he should not have brought his carry-on bag into the plane. She was making faces showing resent. It looked really bad.
The airline is ok there was a delay but I made home ok Serving water for local trip for international to Frankfurt it was cracker and water Since it was a short trip it was ok I would not recommend for long flight
Check in terminal not working and the bag fell back on me and tore the skin on my arm
Long check in lines Uncomfortable plane Lack of amenities
Still in frankfurt
Let us know the airport doesn’t open until 5 am.
My bags didn't arrive.
Everything was smooth. Staff was great. No delays. Truly wonderful and seamless
Flight was a code share of Lufthansa. Check-in, baggage drop, and flight was all with Lufthansa. Other than the flight being 30 min. delayed, it was pretty much a standard Lufthansa flight. They only offer a free water and chocolate; all other drinks and food are a la carte.
Business class is the worst business class I have ever seen. It’s worse than some American Airlines domestic coach class seats.
Never made it on Thai plane due to all the other planes being late
Pros: Airport staff and crew friendly.
Cons: A snack or coffee would have been nice for the early flight
Pros: The crew for all my flights were great. Great service all around.
Cons: You letting me cancel my flight because I couldn’t physically enter the country to board the plane. I will never be using kayak again.
Cons: You letting me cancel my flight because I physically couldn’t enter the country to board the plane
Pros: Premium economy is spacious and worth the money.
Cons: Better beer selection.
Pros: Extremely nice and kind stewards.
Pros: Nice people
Cons: New plane
Cons: New plane
Pros: For a short flight, the crew was very hospitable. The seats weren't too uncomfortable.
Cons: No entertainment but I can understand since it's a short flight. With that said, they could offer USB ports.
Cons: It could have left on time or explained why it left 20 minutes late
Pros: There was nothing to like with Croatian Airlines. Flight was delayed over 1 hour, many people missed connecting flights. Crew wasn't helpful in resolving issues. No entertainment. Croatian Airlines is operated like a budget airline (EasyJet, WizzAir) but they charge customers the same as a British Airways flight. Poor.
Cons: Everything. Terrible experience.
Pros: Efficient, comfortable, food was good, everything. This felt like what flying used to be. (A good thing)
Pros: The flight itself was inoffensive.
Cons: I was unable to select the 'fare' with a checked bag, so was planning to pay at the counter. I think the site for the airline is buggy, as it was also an ordeal by trial-and-error to try to check in online. I also could not elect to check a bag during the on line check in process, which I know is sometimes an option. When I arrived at the airport, the check in was a mess (ton of people, everyone was taking forever at the counter) and when I FINALLY arrived at the counter, I was informed that I needed to take a handwritten receipt from the check in counter, go up a floor and wind through a few corridors to find some travel agent (?) desk to pay 40 Euros for my checked bag. Which actually was 48 Euros because I needed to use a card, and was not paying by cash. After I managed to find the desk where I needed to pay, I had to wind my way back downstairs and muscle my way back into the line I had already waited in to finish the check in process. When we arrived in Split, 25% of the flight was missing their bags, which included a member of the party I was traveling with. It took an extra 30 minutes at the airport to file a missing bag claim, and another 38 hours for the bag to finally arrive. Not a great way to spend the few days we had in Split.
Cons: More comfortable seats and tv’s.
Cons: Destroyed a piece of luggage and the contents of the bag. Try handling baggage with care so you don’t destroy it and then deny the issue and refuse to reimburse for it
Cons: More leg room. Not very comfortable.
Pros: The attitude and service was perfect and the timing was on the top.
On board Croatia Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Croatia Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Croatia Airlines offers direct flights to 30 cities in 17 different countries. Split, Dubrovnik, and Zagreb are the most popular cities covered by Croatia Airlines.
Croatia Airlines concentrates most of its flight operations in Zagreb.
