Late Information about carnaval. Could not arrive before 1900 and even then it was a mess! No Chance to rebook. Horror pure. Drunk people. Noise. And no Dinner possibility whatsoever. Absolutely no customer service. Even the promise of reaction of the management, nothing happened. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!!!

Location is good. Invoice per email is nice. Breakfast was ok for this class of hotel.
I’ve been here a number of times and have always been happy but this time I was a little disappointed. The room was showing signs of its age. My room was opposite the stairs and a lot of people used them, the door slammed shut every time. The shower wasn’t as good as I remember it. I returned to the room on the second evening to find the door open and a gentleman standing in the room explaining that he had put up new curtains. Not sure I liked that.

Best Breakfast in Town, should of stayed two nights. Enjoyed the different designs of art work per a floor.

Absolutely brilliant hotel to stay at for karneval. Stay every year and will be coming back next year without a doubt.
