This was one of the best city hotels I have ever stayed. It is located in the residential area (as I see), not the downtown close to the train station, but I think that's why it was quiet. I liked the size of the unit, which was divided into a bedroom and a living room.
Wifi was not smooth when I was away from the entrance door of my unit.

Amazing space, location.
There was an issue with the heater, its not adjustable so at night it was very hard to sleep.

So original, an architect's delight. We will return with great pleasure, Köln is such a nice city. And the hotel is located in a uiet area but not far from everything, should you enjoy walking a bit. And public transportations ar not far anyway.

I liked the building itself, the idea of being in a room with 2 floors and the rooftop of the hotel.
The hotel has some old material which needs to be replaced. I wouldn't consider a 4 stars hotel. It could also be more comfortable (pillows, sofas, etc).
