Loved the simplicity of the booking and pick up. Unfortunately located discarded food and empty water bottle in vehicle after pickup. Also found passenger window switch was not working properly. In the end, Enterprise stepped up and owned the issues which as a customer I coukd not ask for more.

Okay...I was a hour late returning the car. Guy behind the desk indicated I would be charged for another day weather I returned the car that day or kept it for another day. I said its only a hour late and was told to take it up with Budget. Top notch customer service that I will tell all my friends.
