Cons: I found out why the price was so low. The check-in process was abysmal. There was one line so those who had pre-paid lined up with those who were filling out all of the paperwork for the first time. Once you got up to the counter you had to show proof of insurance. An additional form when you are filling out the paperwork online would have been better. If you can't show proof of insurance you have to purchase their expensive policy. Fortunately I had the app on my phone that showed my insurance. This is obviously where they make their money so buyer beware.

Pros: Nothing, this company shouldn't be on kayak or on any Internet site, they are thieves.
Cons: I searched kayak for a rental car that was affordable and I found "economy " with a price of $122 for a week, i though it was a steal so I book it immediately. Keep in mind i was going to Orlando for my honey moon with my wife so I couldn't afford any problems. After getting to Orlando I went to pick up the car, the guy was like yeah you will pay $275 plus $200 dollars deposit, huh why? What happened to the $122? Bunch of thieves. I cancelled the car rental and went with another company. Don't book with those thieves!!

Easy, pretty cheap and nice car
Pros: The location of the pickup was in the parking garage attached to the airport in Orlando. They got me in at the last minute after another rental car agency yanked my rate as my plane was delayed. They gave me a decent price and got me quickly on my way.

Cons: This is by far, the worst car rental business I've ever worked with; and one of the worst business I've worked with in general. If these Google reviews aren't enough reason for you, maybe the 1-star average rating out of 142 reviews on Yelp will persuade you.
I arrived in the area early. I called them, and was promptly hung up on. I called another number listed for them, and was told to call a third number. I asked the third person if I could pick up my rental early, and she simply said, "I don't know. Show up and see."
It took 1.25 hours from the time I arrived, to the time I had the keys. In addition to the reasonable $40/day rental cost, I was charged $15/day for being under 25 (a charge I've never had with any other rentals), $30/day mandatory insurance (wouldn't take my personal insurance or the rental insurance I purchased online through their partner), and exuberant taxes. My $40/day rental shot up to $95/day. And I had a $200 deposit charged to my credit card.
When my stay was extended, I called to extend the rental, which they said they couldn't do because it's the month of February - however, I could keep it an extra day and only pay an extra day's worth. Go figure.
Returning the vehicle took an hour. Many other customers I stood in line with reported ridiculous hidden fees, terrible service, and long wait times.

Allow plenty of time to pickup your car at MCO
Pros: Headline rate was cheap. Vehicle was fine.
Cons: Even with five rental agents it took well over and hour to to get to the counter. One person who had just been handed his keys loudly complained that it was his worst rental experience ever---at which point they took back the keys and told him they would not rent to him. Never asked me whether I wished to decline CDW, signed an electronic pad, the contract (which they placed in the map pocket of the car rather than handing to me) included CDW ($19/day on a rental of only $11/day) and had my signature electronically appended. I returned early and the emailed receipt I received showed a resulting credit. It has been three days but it has yet to appear on my statement. There appeared to be a large number of people (30+) who had already checked in but we're sitting on the pavement when I arrived. While I cannot be sure it appeared that the vehicles they had reserved were not yet available (read: not yet returned). Probably needed minivans as most appeared headed to WDW with families.

It was ridiculous and because it was off airport property and we were driven there it was almost impossible to say no and go back and try to find a different car place at 6am. I would not buy service from Economy in the future

Cons: Long line to pick up the car. The price was doubled after insurance and other stuff was added on. The customer should be explicitly warned that their offer does not include required insurance and the final price would be twice more. If I new that before, I would choose other provider for the same price but for much better price.

Cons: There was no indication where to pick up the car when we arrived. I was told to outside to the garage. Upon arriving (with a toddler on my back and luggage and carseat pulling in my other arm) I waited to speak to a Firefly rep for 40 min. It was terrible. They then drove a car over to pick me up to take me to another terminal, which required me to transport my 2.5 year old twice. It is not clear to me why they could not just bring the car over to where I was to mitigate the inconvenience. Lastly, with a toddler on my back sleeping I had to install the carseat by myself and lift my luggage into the trunk. I understand that it is not their job to install carseats but it would have been nice if someone could have offered to help me load the luggage. I will never use Fire Fly again. Someone should have posted the location of rental pick up better if there is only 1 terminal that distributes vehicles. Drop off was fine. Pick-up was a nightmare.

Great value in the airport terminal
Pros: The price was terrific, and our car, a Hyundai Accent with 13,500 miles on it, totally met our needs. It was comforting that Firefly, which we had never heard of, was in the airport terminal. The pickup and dropoff process were both easy to navigate. The final price was the same as was quoted through kayak.com. We also purchased the optional insurance. At $9/day, we thought it was a high price, but having seen options from other car rental agencies of $20-30/day, we concluded that it was a relative bargain. We would rent from Firefly again.
Cons: Minor inconvenience that Firefly is at the very end of the long row of rental car agencies in the terminal and that the Firefly cars are at the very end of the parking lot. If you're carrying a lot of luggage, that could be a hassle. Another minor inconvenience that there was only one customer service agent on duty at the desk. We were 3rd in line, so our wait was 10-15 minutes. There were others in line behind us.

Huge time saver

Pros: The people at Value Car were so nice. The pick up at the airport was convenient and fast. I didn't realize that it was located in a Holiday Inn, but superior service!

Cons: They scammed me into getting their insurance and now that i need it because soneone hit my parked car the deductable is 500! If i had denied coverage which cost me an extra 113 i would have bern covered under my credit card. Then they scared me into getting the sunpass saying i couldnt pay cash at most tolls which wasnt true and that cost me 50. Overall a 6 day car rental cost me more than my flight for 4 people!

Cons: Luckily I had a pdf in an old email, otherwise it would have been $18 per day more! Then after declining insurance, I was told if anything happened to the car I would be liable for all kinds of charges while the car was out of service. Do not rent here.

Painless Vehicle swap
Pros: 1st vehicle reported reduced tire pressure, upon inspection found large nail embedded in tire, returned to rentsl facility, in & out with replacement vehicle (explorer, much newer vehicle) in 15mins, no fuss.
By far the best rate per vehicle class in area, almost 50%.
Cons: 1st vehicle (traverse) was older, key fob didnt control alarm so every time alarm sounded on entry requiring some brisk action to turn it off, also much more worn/stained/odor.

Pros: Loved the rental. We had a brand spankin new Jeep Wrangler at a GREAT low price. Almost less than half of what other competitors were charging for the same type of vehicle.
Cons: Would have been five stars across the board had it not been for a frustrating TIME CONSUMING check in process. The wrong reservation was printed up and my card was charged for it and upon noticing the error no apologies and no urgency in the correction. Almost felt like it was my fault. My card was then charged for the correct reservation and it took nearly a week to get the refund from the mistake. With the added deposits on top of the two week rental, this was a substantial error. Other than, great car, great price!

Pros: The car I rented was perfect for my needs. Took me a while to find a good car, but once I found one, I had no issues.
Cons: You really need to inspect your vehicle carefully. Most of them are in bad shape (major paint missing, not key fobs, non-op parts). But if you take your time and inspect carefully, you can score a decent car for a short term rental. Also, they are a bit understaffed. I had a hard time getting service on the lot and drop-off took longer than expected

Escalating hidden costs
Pros: The car eventually supplied was comfortable with adequate specification and performance.
Cons: The car that was reserved couldn't be supplied and the boot of the replacement vehicle was smaller and didn't have enough room for our luggage. We were therefore forced to upgrade at considerable extra expense. The original cost quoted was £289 and we finally ended up paying £857 after the rep made some spontaneous discounting. This was done in the discomfort of a hot humid parking lot rather than in the comfort of the air conditioned reception. In addition to the negative effects of brexit this was not a happy start to our holiday

Pleasant Surprise After a Bad Travel Day
Pros: Elizabeth at the Orlando airport rental desk could not have been friendlier or more cheerful to deal with after our airline cancelled our flight too late in the day to get another flight home making it necessary for me to rent a car at the last minute and drive 8 hours home so I could go to work on time. Trevor at the dispatch desk was a pleasure, even making the prospect of driving all night not seem so bad. The car was clean and ready to go. The service was fast and we were on the road in a half hour.

Unreal Hidden fees
Cons: Payless? More like PayMore... I was quoted $150 for a rental. My flight was delayed so i showed up 30 minutes late for my rental...upon arriving my car was given away to another renter...no big deal, until they decided I would be up-charged $10/day for a different larger vehicle rather than just comping it because they didn't have my original rental. THEN, because I was under 25, rather than a one time fee like most companies, I was charged an additional $25/day...THEN because I was under 25 yrs old (I'm 23), I was forced to purchase collision insurance at another $14 per day, plus some more fees. Needless to say my $150 week long rental ended up costing me $419.55. Never again will I use Payless...Service personnel were fine but the accommodations and policies were misleading and advantageous to payless over the customer.

Cons: It took me 45 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle to go to the rental place off airport property. All the other major rental agencies are at the airport. I had to call for the shuttle 3 times to try to get them to come and pick me up and the person on the other end of the line was very rude and short. He told me use another phone and call back. They finally picked us up in a lane that was not designated for car rental. By this time there were so many people waiting there was almost not enough space for us, but we all crammed into the shuttle. Once I shuttled over to the rental building there was another 45 minute wait to get my car. It was so dark you could not inspect the auto. The agents were very high pressure trying to sell you, and scare you, into all kinds of charges that were not necessary. It felt like flying Spirit Airlines with all the hidden fees. I chose this company because it looked like it would save me a lot of money. When I returned my car there was nobody to receive my car right away and the shuttle left without me and I had to wait for the next one 15 minutes later which added more unneeded stress to my getting to the airport on time. Originally, I had booked another rental agency, Alamo, and once I received my final bill I went back to check the cost and it only saved me $6. Certainly not worth all the time and hassle to save such a small amount of money. I will never rent from Payless again.

I was declined service and then denied a shuttle r
Pros: The only thing that was good was that I thought I had quickly and easily booked a car.
Cons: Once I made the booking I carefully went over the confirmation email from Kayak with the reservation details. It had the confirmation number and the number to call for airport pickup once I landed. I landed in Orlando at 12:30 am and called the phone number provided in the email. I had to call twice and wait 30 minutes for a pickup. When I finally got to Payless, they were unable to look me up via my name and at first they had trouble looking me up with the confirmation number.
The agent took a long time, was slow and finally found my booking. He then asked for my d/l and credit card. I am a Florida resident and have Florida d/l. He mentioned that per Kayak policy I had to provide another form of proof of residency (bill, bank statement from the last month etc.). I politely showed him the confirmation from Kayak and it did not say anything about it. He said it was in the fine print. I said that all I had received was this email confirmation and that was not stated anywhere. He said he would not be able to provide me service unless I produced that. I said fine and said that I would lookup a recent pdf of a bill on my phone. I stood there for 15 minutes trying to log in to my bank account and pull up a bill. I finally produced it at which time he said, oh I need a hard copy. I was starting to get upset. I asked him why he didn't tell me that as he watched me on my phone. I asked him if I could email him a file to print out. He said that he couldn't. Now I was really upset as I had been at this for over an hour and wanted to get a car and go home. So I got upset and raised my voice. At this he said to not curse and I said that it was hard not to given what had transpired and the terrible service and nonchalance that he treated me with. I said fine, I'm leaving to the airport and cursed once more as I started to walk out. This time he called his associate and then told the shuttle driver not to take me a ride back to the terminal. I was very upset about this and thought about calling the police but did not have the time and decided to file a complaint later.
It was 1:30 am and I had to take an Uber back to the airport and pay twice the price $49 at AVIS vs. the $25 or so I booked this rental for. I expect some response from Kayak or Payless and some sort of compensation for my time and the huge inconvenience caused to me. I had a very long day and an appointment the next day at 8:00 am. This was not the service I expected from Kayak or Payless.
Please have someone reach out to me to discuss this further either from your side or from Payless otherwise I may choose to take this further. If 2 forms of proof of residency is a policy then it should have been clearly outlined so that I could have come prepared with the right paperwork. I had access to a printer at the airport prior to leaving.

Pros: Everything was fine except the dropoff.
Cons: No one was ever at the dropoff at all - couldn't turn the keys in (no dropbox). No one at the counters. Finally, over an hour later we were able to give the keys to someone that showed up to the counters after repeated attempts at calling the corporate office in another state. Just barely made our flight.

Added fees, hard to find vehicles
Pros: That I returned the car quickly.
Cons: The signs at the airport or confusing, make sure you don't go to the express chaos because they will send you back inside to find the retail counter. They didn't recognize the kayak protection plans and encourage me to buy their own, which were very expensive. After all the added fees, it was hard to find a car they said go pick one. there was one person in the whole pick up section who is helping someone else. After wandering around the parking garage, I finally found the car. Most of them smell like smoke, but I found a car that didn't. I definitely wouldn't rent from here again .

Pros: As expected, the vehicle was spacious, offering the needed room for both luggage and people.
Cons: Vehicle was dirty, the side passenger doors did not open from the outside, and the vehicle had a noisy suspension. With a mileage greater than 50,000 miles it felt that it was past its retirement date.

Pros: Affordable and pickup in Daytona and drop off in Orlando were quick and easy.
Pros: They gave me a complimentary upgrade and I drove off in a brand new Nissan Rogue. They were easy to work with and very courteous. The shuttle drivers did an excellent job and were helpful and knowledgable about the airport.
Cons: They are a company in transition and the telephone number listed wasn't connected. I was about to give up on the reservation when the shuttle finally showed up at the airport. From that point on service was good. Getting the phone number corrected will eliminate this problem. The correct number for Orlando is 407-469-5306.

Pros: The car was newer model and clean. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop off at the airline terminal was convenient.
Cons: The reservation deposit was $25.00 when I believed the cost of rental had been taken. At the counter the news of the rental not being covered was explained. The customer pickup location was not displayed and there were no directions inside the terminal at baggage claim to point you in the right direction to be picked up. The baggage claim is on a higher level than the pick up location and no directions. I had to call the agency to inquire if there was a shuttle. The agent said proceed to the lower level and wait in lane 11 or 12 for the shuttle. ACE rental identification was not on the sign at lane 11 or 12 so it was confusing not knowing if this was the right location to board the shuttle. The office staff standing around was having conversations and activities that did not concern or relate to customer business causing me to have to wait to be waited on. Office environment was unprofessional and uncaring. You have to remember the customers are people who have traveled to a new unfamiliar location and need to feel comfortable. The office was a small building on the lot that exhibited new business that just got started, lighting could have been brighter and rental lot was off airport property apparently in the neighborhood. They did not have any maps for customers. Staff exhibited an inexperienced demeanor toward customers - customer service really needs to be improved. It was good I had GPS on my phone or this location would have been very difficult to find upon return and confusing to start my journey. My experience was just 'OK'.

Customer service is not good.
Pros: I did a little research before renting fr ACE. I rented fr them in Orlando, Florida and knew its a 5min drive to get to their pick and drop off location, they hav a shuttle. I didnt know they will be charging few other taxes aside fr whats indicated in the booking. Do i hav a choice? Upon dropping off the car the agent had me wait for quite a while just to tell me in the end "leave the key." How rude! To Ace staff, Guys we dont owe you anything, you are there to serve coz the salary you get is from the renting public. Know where you stand.
The rent is cheap, yes. The cars are new in MCO location, yes. Staff are so so, big YES.

-I thought Ace was cheap but turned out it was SH*T!
-There are a lot of cheap car rentals within the airport (ez cars, ..). For ACE, you will need to take a shuttle that keeps going for ever.
-They did not have cars, and was asked to visit firefly. I had to travel all the way back to the airport and was told that firefly did not have any either. I haven't had the same experience with other ACE locations though. This is definitely an aberration. You may want to look at their reviews before you book!
Pros: Rented out of Holiday Inn across from Universal Studios. Easy pick up, no lines, received free upgrade.
Cons: We found the bubblegum smell in the car too strong. It must have been some kind of "refresher". Pine scented or lemon scented would have been better, or even better, no refresher at all. Other than that, our rental was fine.

Worst Rental Experience
Pros: That I eventually got to leave the rental agency 90 minutes after arriving. Proximity to Universal.
Cons: Terrible customer service!
After waiting 30 minutes as clerk talked to a colleague, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for our car to be ready. Only once we asked for a refund did they bring the car around. Car was still dirty, worker refused to acknowledge huge crack on back bumper despite me taking a picture of him standing next to it. Eventually just wrote "minor scratch" on form.

What a circus
Cons: I put in Orlando airport in the search and it gave me av off site location that was closed when I arrived. I ended up paying over $100 more for a smaller car because the airport location would not honor my rental.

Pros: When I originally signed up for this car, I was under the impression that it was the Budget at the airport. Luckily, I called to confirm, only to find out that the location was a good 30 mins from the airport, with no transpiration to and from the rental place. I asked how much it would be to rent from the airport location and it was almost 3 times as much as the original location. I even get a discount through my company, and it was still the same amount. I ended up cancelling the car and going with a different company.
Cons: The communication and prices.

Pros: I received extremely friendly & helpful service from Sherry. She was very conversational & we made small talk about my trip.
Cons: I felt Sherry's efforts to persuade me to buy Budget's rental insurance almost verged on the side of deception. She made it sound as if my personal automobile coverage would not be valid in the case of an accident or injury and that their coverage would be the only form of insurance that would take care of problems. I've been in the insurance business all my life, so I'm aware my coverage would be valid in a rental situation. But to someone who didn't know better, her conversation would have been very persuasive, which is a shame.

Cons: Kayak booked a car from Budget Rent A Car for us. When we went to pick up the car, we were told that they were sold out, and were baffled as to how we were able to make the reservation. Neither Kayak nor Budget were able to assist us by phone. We ended up having to go to a different car rental agency and paid three times as much for the last-minute holiday rental.

Budget was great!
Pros: Loved the expedition! Airport location was wonderful to work with us on changing our reservation over to them with a minimal increase in rate!
Cons: The only issue we had was with Kayak not Budget. When I did my search on Kayak, I requested airport pickup. When we arrived at the airport, we discovered the rental location was 45-1 hour away instead of the airport or even airport off-site!
Pros: The price was perfect and picking up the car was a breeze.

Tolls $10 when I'd have paid $4 in cash. The guy on the desk lied to me it'd be cheaper.

Pros: Personnel helpful
Cons: Attention to previous damage a bit disconcerting. I wanted to document it all (I've had bad experiences in the past) but the staff said it was no big deal. They were correct for for someone with a lot of rental car experience, it made me nervous.

I had to walk to the car, make my observations about damage, then walk back to the window, get back in line and wait to turn I the damage report. Would've been nice for an attendant to accompany me and sign the slip at the car.

Cons: Alarm didn't work & car wasn't clean inside & out. Sand was still in the driver side floor & other areas.
Cons: Paid 300 bucks for a car I drove maybe 50 miles in all of 3 days. Didn't ask for insurance but was billed anyway. Terrible

Cons: Hidden fees, the woman named Luna was extremely rude. When we got to the counter they told us we had to pay a $200 deposit to rent the car. No where on the website or the invoice did it mention a deposit, Luna told us you can't rent a car without a deposit, which is not true. She then told me I was being rude to her, at that point I walked away and let my husband deal with her. Horrible customer service, we of course are still waiting for our deposit to be returned. Will never use this place again. Watch out for their hidden fees

Pros: I loved the Camry we were assigned as well as the great price. We were visiting a friend and didn't put many miles on it but needed a car, "just in case". This was perfect.

not a bargain at all
Cons: I did not like being pressured into purchasing unnecessary extras that doubled the price of our rental. The unrelenting salesperson at drop-off told us, for example, that we would save a lot of money on tolls by purchasing a sunpass/toll pass as tolls would cost on average $8.50 each way. In fact, most tolls cost no more than $0.75. Therefore, this extra was a complete waste of money. Also, the car was dirty; there were half full soda cans in the cup holders and other garbage in the car. The seats were filthy.

Great customer service at the orlando airport
Pros: I had booked a rental online, only to find out that it was not at the airport location. I was rebooked and only had to pay a minimal fee to save me from driving to the other location. Thank you so much to accommodate my family and I.
Cons: Unclear choices online, I really thought I had booked at the airport instead of some remote location.

Pros: Cost, car was clean
Cons: Poor signage with drop off - we entered the car return area and were left guessing what to do. Asked random people in the lot what we're supposed to do next - we were told to park anywhere and turn in keys and report mileage "inside the airport." In the airport once we found the Hertz desk, we waited in line only to find out we could have just put the keys on the desk - and mileage wasn't inquired about. Again, no signage about what steps to take.

Beware of pickup location
Pros: Both times I called Avis Customer Service the representatives I spoke with were very nice and were able to accommodate my needs. When I called about the bill they changed it to the right amount and credited my account within 2 business days. I had a high fuel charge, which was completely my fault, but still she cut the charge in half for me without me even asking.
Cons: Let me start by saying I never write reviews, but I couldn’t resist given what happened to me. I booked my car with Avis through Kayak, 7 monthly in advance. I knew I was traveling during college spring break and wanted to get a decent rate. I flew into the Orlando airport, alone, and headed over to the Avis pick up garage. There, they told me that my reservation was not at the airport location, but another Avis in Orlando that was about 20 minutes away. They sent me down to the Avis costumer service saying they might be able to help me. The woman behind the counter didn’t even attempt to help, telling me its spring break, and they are booked, yet she said she could rent me a car for $600, when my reservation rate was $220 for a full size car. When I explained that I put in for a pickup at MCO, which is the airport code for Orlando airport, she told me that if they were sold out, then it might of automatically bumped me to another Orlando Avis. When I explained that I booked 7 MONTHS in advance she told me that its possible they were sold out that far out. So then I had to take a half hour, $45 cab ride to the Avis on East Colonial Drive in Orlando, which also looks to be a used car lot. There, the lady behind the counter was friendly, but was talking on the phone the entire time i was at the counter. She gives me keys to a Chevy Equinox, which looked really nice, I thought my luck was changing, not so! This Chevy was 1 of 3 rentals on the property, so my options were limited. The outside was completely dirty, which I was not bothered by. The car was un upgraded model, with leather and a sunroof, BUT the inside was completely discussing, the car had stains and crumbs everywhere. When the lady ask if the car was ok I told her it was dirty on the inside, she told me to just mark it on the form. So, threw out the week with the car, I called Avis to see if I could drop the car off at the Orlando airport location for no extra charge, which they were able to accommodate for me. I drop the car off with no problem, I’m handed a receipt , which I didn’t even look at right away because I had all my luggage and needed to go catch my flight. When I came home and did look at it, I noticed they charged my $440, which is literally double what my service agreement said.
Cons: I arrived early in the morning to find no service rep around. Had to check in on a not so user friendly automated kiosk. After choosing a car I found that there was no one in the check out booths. Had to call National and they told I should go to the Alamo check out booth to exit. Having appropriate signage at checking and checkout outlining what to do when there are no service reps around would save customers a lot of headaches.

Pros: I pulled up to the resort where National was located and walked in, got my receipt and left.
Cons: The office was so small, they had the door locked when I got there only to find a girl at the computer when she unlocked the door and the guy sitting there. After the transaction, I had to walk to the opposite side of the resort to try and locate the car. Not very professional nor good customer service.
I ended up renting from another company in Orlando
Pros: Nothing was good about this rental. Nothing at all except the counter person.
Cons: Thrifty wanted to charge me significantly more than what I was quoted in the Kayak app. The compact car they showed me that I would've rented, was not anything like the "Ford Focus or similar" that was quoted on Kayak. It looked more like a super-sized Smart Car. I ended up going to EZ Car Rental and got a 2015 Toyota Corolla for less money than Thrifty. Thrifty lost a customer for good, and EZ gained a loyal customer.

Pros: Price found online was exceptional for an onsite rental option. Video check in was somewhat efficient but because they didn't service that site only, they couldn't help with specific questions for that location.
Cons: No cars like what I rented. The SUV upgrade were stripped down versions that used more gas than the sedan option. Cars were kinda clean. Ran fine. Check out/in was fine. Video check in was OK to save some time in line but not seamless.

Cons: Took about 30 min to check in at the counter. It was only one person in front of me. Both the customer and the clerk in the front counter were very slow at rent a car processing. The other clerk got on the phone pretending not seeing other standing clients. Office environment very boring and basic not even a tiny green plant or poster hanging. Aunts are marching on bathroom floor. beware of insurance policy add up at the counter before even they ask you what kind of policy you like to carry...
they did upgrade me to another car because of my long waiting. However these people at the rent a car they don't get it! Efficiency and fast processing matters when the time is of essence. We are not there to test drive a intermediate car we need a quick ride and process to catch up with the business meeting etc,...

Wish I Would've Picked A Different Rental Company
Cons: Rented the car online using KAYAK. The total cost for the vehicle was 55 dollars. When I pick up the car, I always decline the insurance and gas option. When I did, they required me to show proof of insurance. I did not have any proof of insurance from my company and I do not care my personal insurance card with me. So I could not get the car unless I purchased their insurance. The car was horrible. It had a bad vibration, it made a horrible noise, the air did not work one time until I figured out the key had to be in the exact right spot for the blower/air to work. It had a hose hanging down below the vehicle. At the end of the week, my 55 dollar rental ended up costing 180 dollars. I always use KAYAK for my rentals....I wish they would pull Priceless Car Rentals off of their site. I will never use Priceless again.
