Great staff. Car was ready

Cons:

Smelled like smoke. $60/ day (including VAT) for a definitively used car seems expensive. South Africa rates are more in line with value for money.

Alert- the office is closed. Others nearby said it has been closed during COVID. There were numbers posted in the window to call, but we received no reply. I'm so glad we didn't pre-pay! You may want to investigate and remove them from your website. Fortunately, we got a friendly and honest JKIA driver to take us to where we needed to go for a reasonable fee.

Pros:

Staff were slow. It took one hour to process my rental. I was pleased to getting my 2000 USD cash depisit as soon as I returned their vehicle. Their fleet is new and fully insured, but body scratches due to nengligence are paid out of pocket.
