This was my first and last time with Hertz, bad customer service. I had booked my Car and paid 2 weeks before and when I went to get the Car they said Car is not available. Also, this was all when they made us wait for 30 minutes.

All communications referenser pick up and drop off in terminal 2. At that terminal there is only an unmanned desk with a phone number to call. After 30 minutes we got picked up and driven to terminal 3 where the real desk and the vars are at. A little annoying since we just came from there.
