Everything nice but manager at Cape Coral was not polite. We arrived 25 minutes before our appointment. Waited in line and was called to the counter by nice lady ( our place in line). When she started with us a man behind us was 1 1/2 late for his pick up and the manager told the lady not to help us but help the man behind us. So another 20 minute wait putting us behind schedule. I said to her that she should have asked us if he could go ahead and she said that policy is to help the earliest reservations first even if they were late.

The lady said I could drop off my car at Orlando Sanford airport then when I called to tell them what lot they said I had to drive it to their lot which is 30 mins away from the airport and the charged me $310 to pick it up with their tow truck
