Pros (+) The location is in a very nice area of Campbell. You can walk to Downtown Campbell with ease and there are good dining options around. The breakfast is very good; it proved beyond expectations.

Pros (+) Very friendly staff, overall the rooms are nice, clean. Bed was comfortable. Close to where I needed to be for meetings. Breakfast room was large, clean, good selection, good coffee. Would return for work trips, especially for the price!

Pros (+) location. I use to put all my clients at this hotel and conduct meetings there because of their proximity to us. The customer loved it because of what was around the hotel and the hotel was in very good condition.
Cons (-) Run down, needs a total overhaul. Has lots of competition in the surrounding area, but they could be so attractive, plus they are known because they have been there for so long. Their price was lower than hotels right around them, but that is because they are so run down (by today's standards).
