This Busan hotel is set on the beach a short distance from Songjeong Beach, Haedong Yonggung Temple, and Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory. Local attractions also include Haedong Yong-gungsa and Dalmaji Hill.
If you're visiting/tourist and want to swim, this beach is much prettier than Haeundae. However, Haeundae is where all the action is - restaurants, main drag, street performers, ferry ride, metro stations.Pros: Across street from beach, which our room had a view of. Room as clean altho it had an odor - maybe smoke. Lots of amenities: toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, moisturizer, shampoo, lotion, razor, shower cap - all provided. Top notch toilet w/ bidet andCons: There was only a top sheet and no fitted sheet. Had to sleep on top of the top sheet and cover with the comforter. The desk clerk would only give us one card key, even tho there was two of us. The restaurant was closed for the holiday.
(Copied and pasted from Agoda.com because Priceline goes through them for the reservation and I already filled it out the review there) If you are looking to hang out by the beach, this hotel is perfect. If you are there to see Busan, you will have a harder time getting around. It is near one bus line that goes between Haeundae and Yonggungsa, both major attractions, but the bus comes only rarely, and we found it easier to walk just a little farther toward the center of Songjeong-dong where several buses all go to Haeundae. From there you can board the subway and get anywhere you need to go. It does take longer, but I think it was worth it. The hotel was really clean and spacious, and it was kind of nice to grab dinner and relax by the beach after a long day of sightseeing. And we liked Songjeong beach better than Haeundae anyway. It wasn't anywhere near as crowded, and is every bit as pretty. So aside from its location that is a bit more difficult to get to, there were no complaints about this place. My wife and I had a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend it to anyone.Pros: The location. Right next to the beach with a lot of good food nearby.Cons: Also the location... it was a little difficult to get around to other parts of Busan on public transportation, although not difficult enough to keep me from staying here again.
