Picking up experience was horrible. Staff unprofessional and unprepared. Did not have a car for me at my prepaid for time. Had to move all my luggage into three different cars because they kept messing it up. In the end got a dirty car because they didn’t have time to clean it and I had already been there for 40 minutes. Manager/boss seemed drunk and kid working there had no idea what he was doing. They opening made jokes about his weight in front of customers. Will never go there again.Reviewed 20 Jan 2023

I was given the paperwork and sent unescorted to get the car. I took pictures of all the minor body damage so I couldn't be held responsible for it on return. There was no attendant to record it. I was given a Prius which was very different and difficult to figure out. Again, no attendant to help. I meet my grandkids for dinner and find out I cannot pay the bill because my $80 rental has tapped out my entire bank account and left me with a - $13 balance because a $250 hold was placed on my account? I was told none of this previous to renting. It may have been in the paperwork, however I feel that it should have been verbal because that would have given me an opportunity to use a different card.Reviewed 21 Jul 2022

Car smelled like cigarettes and perfume. Windshield was dirty. I ordered a Jetta and got a KIA and the staff person told me "you get the same size or bigger car… not a specific model". But there is a world of a difference between a Jetta and a KIA when it comes to drivability, comfort, handling, convenience features, etc. The KIA was nerve-wracking to drive on the freeway. The drop off was long and confusing. The staff at the drop off was a little rude. Enterprise is MUCH MUCH MUCH better. Never using Budget again.Reviewed 27 Apr 2022

Car maintenance indicator was on and after hours on the phone on 3 separate occasions I was transferred all over and no one would help. Wanted Avis ti know. Finally had to drive to location to tell them. Told to wait to returned car. Forgot to get gas and we had half a tank so had to pay for half at 9.98 a gallon, Highway robbery.Reviewed 2 Apr 2022
