The pick up agent was extremely rude. The vehicle had the engine light and maintenance required message was on dash. They would NOT give me a different vehicle. They have me a rental with warning lights on and expected me to drive it and told me if anything happens, just call roadside services. Cool!! Just what someone wants, to break down and be stranded on the side of the road!Reviewed 1 Sept 2025

It was great, the only thing that could be better is, if there was some type of shuttle to your own car from the rental car, that adds on quite a bit of time to have to park your personal car unload it then go over the rental car and pack it up and then the same as when you returnReviewed 20 Jun 2024
