The booking was not with Budget, but with a dodgy company called QEEQ who gave me the wrong collection address, and didn’t warn me of the opening hours at the true collection point. The result was that I wasn’t able to collect the car, and they still charged me. I am disputing the charge now through my bank. I will be very reluctant to use Kayak again, given the appalling companies with which you deal.Reviewed 18 Nov 2024

Staff were so kind and professional. Prices were great, I hire cars frequently for work and by far budget has been by best experience compared to multiple big competitors. Will definitely use again.Reviewed 15 Jun 2023
