The rental location was extremely hard to find. The car was not available at our reservation time, so we waited 3 hours to pick it up. We were assured that the car had wi-fi, but it did not. The GPS system was mediocre and in French. Turning the car in was extremely difficult with no staff person at the garage. In summary, the worst car rental experience I have ever experienced!!!Reviewed 3 May 2024

Had to wait 20 min for a Bidget shuttle while 7 (yes seven) shuttles for Alamo, Enterprise and almost every other rental car passed by. When we got to the rental car building the line to rent wrapped clear around the building. Serious 75 yard long line. It was unbelievable, the longest I’ve ever seen for a rental co. The line was over an hour and a half long to pick up my car. They know ahead of time how many reservations they have and were ill prepared. The first agent I worked with was rude, condescending, and tried more than once to rush me into entering my credit card and accept things I clearly told him I didn’t want like paying in advance for tolls and gas. I then waited an additional half hour for a manager who checked me out. The manager was fine to work with.Reviewed 1 May 2024

Renting a car though them is a joke! There are so many things that need to be paid that isn't told to you when you reserve a vehicle. We wasted so much time going there, after getting lost trying to find the place, because that is unclear, as well, and we weren't even able to rent the car anyways. Very disappointed and will never do that again. Also tell people that they need to pass a credit check before they waste their time!
