Pros:Staff was super friendly.Cons:I thought I was booking at the airport, but the reservation was for an off site location. Luckily the great staff was able to move the reservation to the airport location. So it all worked out.Reviewed 21 May 2021

Pros:You allowed me to book a pickup/drop off time that was at the end of that location’s normal working hours. They changed my pickup and drop off location. To the airport. The airport location completely changed my reserved vehicle type to something “not similar” and less fuel efficient.Cons:Fulfill any one of the promises made in the reservation... changed pickup location, wrong car type, changed drop off location. Clerk was rather rude when I asked why I couldn’t have what I reserved.Reviewed 15 Aug 2019

Pros:The lady at the desk was nice but I was very unhappyCons:This is the second time that Budget has not had the car I requested. I was going to see my 95 yr old dad. I ordered a family type car. The did not have one. I was offered a Jeep Cheroke or a Pickup truck. I told them my dad could not get in or out. So I ended up with a Dodge Charger. Not what I wantReviewed 2 Aug 2019
