The car I reserved was not available so I had to take an upgrade at a higher rate than I was quoted. The agent was obvious and uncompromising when I asked I get the upgraded rental for the same rate as my original quote. I wasn't my fault that they didn't have a similar economy car. Then, this rental car's electrical system failed and I could not get into my rental. It had to be towed and I had to get a replacement vehicle. I had to make an extra trip to the airport where I got the another car. But I still needed to get my things out of the car that was being towed away. I would have had to go back to airport a second time with the tow truck to get my things out if the tow truck driver hadn't been able to open the rental for me to get my things. I can't imagine what would had happen if this failure had occurred at night while I was out dining with my family, if I had to make flight or out of town travelingReviewed 8 Jan 2023

I had a confirmed reservation, took an Uber to the budget office only to be told they don’t have any cars. The representative refused to provide a number to call budget, was extremely rude, and ultimately kicked me out of the store. Took another Uber To the airport budget office only to be told the same thing, no cars. Waited at the airport for 3 hours to finally get a car that was returned and was charged 3 times the rate of my original reservation. Never again!Reviewed 10 Sep 2022

Total experience was good. Took a minute to be able to find a on way rental from Daytona to Sanford but other then that the experience was quick and easy. Wish we were able to use our first responder discount though.Reviewed 22 Apr 2022
