Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, as well as the comfort of the beds in several rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant concerns about cleanliness, with reports of unclean towels, insufficient room cleaning, and stained bathrooms. The location was generally considered convenient for public transport, but some guests felt uneasy about the surrounding area, especially at night. Bathrooms were frequently described as small or uncomfortable, and some guests experienced maintenance issues. Despite these drawbacks, positive experiences with staff and some room features stood out.
