We booked 2 rooms for the concert in town. 2 days before the concert I received a call that they cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. We were driving 6 hours for the concert so not having a room was not an option. No other hotels were available either. Cons (-) The hotel didnt have anyone at the front desk and I was then directed to the hotel next door. They couldnt find the reservation, forced me to pay for another room. When I showed I was double charged they said they didnt see it.

Cons (-) The 1st room I had was infested with bed bugs!!!!! .They switched us rooms which I felt was NOT enough compensation for our entire family being EAT up by bed bug bites! Mine are mostly on my FACE!!! And we are all bit up all over our BODY! They had absolutely NO apologies or even any attempts to offer anything to compensate our visit.
