Pickup was fast, nobody was at the desk for drop off.Cons:
I reserved a large SUV (Tahoe) and got a medium sized SUV (Traverse), was not compensated for the smaller vehicle and had an uncomfortable trip. The “oil change” warning came on right away so I worried about the vehicle maintenance during my entire 11 day trip which was stressful. The vehicle was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I don’t think I’ll rent from enterprise in the future.9.6 Wonderful

the car had mechanical issues with the tires and traction. the worst thing was the smells in the car, the car had a smoker in it previous to my rental, cigar and weed smoker and the car reeked of those smells. In addition to that the rental location has overdosed the car with liquid air freshener in an attempt to cover up the smoke. It overwhelmed my sinuses and I was unable to exchange the car it was horrible5.2 Fair
