Price on line was in CAD then switched to USD when heading to payment. Also, the Avis staff were trying to charge the same price but in Euros before we decided to book on- line. The daily I strange coverage was $40 Euros a day....so we used an on-line insurance company for $165 CAD for two weeksReviewed 11 Aug 2025

When we picked up the car we were advised that the full coverage we paid for was not recognized by Avis. If needed, we would be charged for damage and the we would have to file with Kayak for reimbursement. Not the seamless process we thought we were getting.Reviewed 28 Sept 2024
